We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on KRYSALYX purchases. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll make it right.

Flight trial

Flight includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged. If your subscription renews and you'd still like a refund, our 30-day guarantee applies.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter your order email.
2. Or email us at wings@krysalyx.com and we'll process the refund on your behalf.
