1. Who you're contracting with

KRYSALYX is operated by ATHLYTIX GLOBAL Ltd. ("KRYSALYX", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates we publish. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, interfering with security (probing, malware, scraping), attempting to jailbreak our AI systems, or generating illegal content, deepfakes, or content that harms others.

You are responsible for prompts you submit, how you use outputs, verifying their accuracy, and having rights to any content you upload.

4. Intellectual property

KRYSALYX and its underlying software, models, documentation, and branding remain the property of ATHLYTIX GLOBAL Ltd. You retain ownership of your input content. Outputs generated for you are yours to use, subject to these Terms.

5. Service level

We work hard to keep KRYSALYX reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. AI-generated insights are for personal reflection only and are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

6. Payments, billing & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is deleted.

8. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRYSALYX is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ATHLYTIX GLOBAL Ltd. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
