KRYSALYX is operated by ATHLYTIX GLOBAL Ltd., the data controller for personal data processed through the service.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, login credentials.
• Onboarding & assessment data: your questionnaire answers, values, goals, and free-text reflections.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and IP information for security and analytics.
• Support communications: messages you send us.

Payment card data is collected and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, we never see or store card details.

3. Why we process it

• To create your account and deliver the service (contract).
• To generate personalized Evolution launch pads and AI insights (contract).
• To improve the product, prevent fraud, and secure the platform (legitimate interests).
• To send transactional messages about your account (contract) and, with consent, product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share with

• Infrastructure & AI providers processing data on our behalf (hosting, database, model inference).
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payments, tax, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your data or use your personal reflections to train third-party models.

5. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to meet legal, security, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. UK/EEA users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email wings@krysalyx.com.

7. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
